Having tied the knot in 2008, Beyoncé and Jay-Z began building a star-studded property portfolio as their careers went from strength to strength. Their portfolio now includes opulent homes in Los Angeles, Malibu, the Hamptons and New York City.

The Carter family has also grown over the years with the birth of daughter Blue Ivy in 2012 and twins Sir and Rumi, who arrived in 2017. The brood is still thought to spend most of their time in an $88 million (£67m) mega-mansion in Bel Air, despite laying down an estimated $200 million (£151m) for a new mansion in Malibu in 2023.
