It’s no surprise that Kylie Jenner, the woman who was once the world’s youngest self-made billionaire, has a property portfolio worth writing home about. Although no longer a billionaire, the social media mogul and influencer has a wealth of real estate across California, including a Holmby Hills LA Mansion worth $36.5 million (£29m).
Purchased in April 2020, the lockdown pad is Kylie’s current abode, which she shares with daughter Stormi, from her relationship with Travis Scott. The fortress-style home hosts a dedicated guardhouse and is encased in concrete. Outside, you’ll find a stunning central courtyard, accessed via the building’s fully retractable walls, which open out onto the palm tree-framed swimming pool.

Its design was inspired by Mount Vernon, George Washington’s Virginia plantation home, Lowe told Architectural Digest in 2016. In 2018, Lowe decided to part ways with the property, listing it for $47 million (£37m) and finally selling in 2020 for $44.5 million (£35m); before it eventually found its way into the property portfolio of Adam Levine.

The lavish seven-bedroom mansion can be found in the heart of VIP paradise Beverly Hills, California, and was sold off by Levine and his wife, Victoria’s Secret model Behati Prinsloo, in 2019 for an astonishing $45 million (£35m).
