One of the new residents of Wolf Ranch is business development director Lawrence Nourzad, who purchased a home in the community in the summer of 2024. He told Reuters that his new residence "feels like a fortress" that could stand up to the brute force of a tornado. "Obviously these are really strong, thick walls.
