If you’re struggling to get a foot on the elusive property ladder, these bargain homes could be just the ticket. With sellers desperately slashing their prices to tempt buyers, now is a great time to see what budget buys are out there.

Some require development and a lick of paint, while others offer shared equity, but all of them provide a very affordable way to buy a piece of the property pie…
