But what if, at a very young age, you had access to millions of dollars that were burning a hole in your pocket? Despite only being 24 years old, Zendaya has already achieved more than most. The American actor and model rose to stardom at the age of 14, playing Rocky Blue in the Disney Channel sitcom, Shake It Up. After staring as Anne in The Greatest Showman, Zendaya showed us a different side to her, playing the troubled Rue in the hugely successful HBO show, Euphoria, a role for which she won a history-making Emmy in 2020. Zendaya is now thought to be worth $15 million (£11.3m).

Four years before becoming the youngest person to win an Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series, Zendaya purchased her very first home. The transaction took place in 2016, when the actor was just 19 years old, having just made her cinematic debut in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Using her chunky paycheck to snap up the home, the property can be found in the Los Angeles neighbourhood of Northridge and cost the star $1.4 million (£1.1m).

In March 2017, the actor took to her self-titled app to give fans an access-all-areas tour of her new digs. During the clip, Zendaya revealed that her favourite aspect of the house is the staircase, which she likened to a scene from Cinderella.

In March 2020, Zendaya bought her second home, a multi-acre compound on a secluded Los Angeles estate, this time spending $4 million (£3m).

The singer, who was just 23 at the time, was no stranger to the real estate market. In fact, the historic home was her not her first purchase, having bought a Nashville apartment for nearly $2 million (£1.6m) in 2009, and a Cape Cod-style home in Beverly Hills, purchased in 2011 for $3.6 million (£2.9m). According to the LA Times, it was reportedly used as a place for Taylor to host guests while she lived in another Beverly Hills residence.

Between buying and selling the historic gem, the musician also purchased a $17.8 million (£14.4m) beach house in Rhode Island, two penthouse apartments in New York and a Cape Cod-inspired home for $25 million (£20m).

Known throughout the world, The Jonas Brothers started their careers back in 2005, when the youngest of the three siblings, Nick, was just 13 years old. Gaining popularity on the Disney Channel, their first single, 'Mandy', was released in December 2005 and reached number four in the US charts. After 15 years in the business and with five studio albums under their belts, Kevin, Joe and Nick are now thought to be worth a combined $150 million (£114m).
